The Donalsonville/Seminole County Industrial Park is located on Highway 39 North just north of U.S. Highway 84 at the Donalsonville City Limits.

The park is home to American Peanut Growers Group, LLC, APGG Cold Storage, J.C. Fiberglass, and Southern Linens.

Adjacent to the Industrial Park are other businesses, including Killarney Farms, Tri County Tire Company, and SunSouth, LLC. The Georgia Department of Transportation office is also located in this area.
