Federal/State Grants & Loans

The Development Authority of Seminole County and Donalsonville assists all interested businesses and industries to secure the required financing whether it be in the form of grants or low interest loans.

Grants and low interest loans are offered by:

• The United State Department of Agriculture
• The United States Economic Development Administration
• The OneGeorgia Authority
• The Southwest Georgia Regional Development Center

The type grant or low interest loan available to an industry will depend on the nature of the business and the number of jobs being created. The Development Authority will assist in researching which program best fits the industry.

Seminole County Revolving Loan Fund:

Seminole County has a local Revolving Loan Fund available to new or expanding industries. The amount of the loan is dependent upon the number of jobs being created.

Loan Guarantee Program

The OneGeorgia Authority offers a Loan Guarantee Program especially designed to assist entrepreneur and small business development
