CHAMBER INFORMATION

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

“To provide a unified voice in promoting new growth, sustaining current businesses, and enhancing the quality of life in Seminole County.”

About the Chamber of Commerce:

The Donalsonville/Seminole County Chamber of Commerce has been serving Donalsonville and Seminole County since the 1920’s with the exception of a few years when it became inactive. Reactivated in 1961 by a group of dedicated community leaders, the chamber continues to aggressively promote the community’s assets.

A member based organization; the Chamber of Commerce accomplishes collectively what no one business or professional could accomplish alone. The power of the partnership between business leaders and political leaders create a community development force for our city and county.

Although the activities and projects have changed over the years, the Chamber of Commerce remains the only membership organization that is totally involved in the growth and development of the community with a pro business emphasis.

The Chamber of Commerce is:

• A voluntary association of business people and concerned individuals working to improve the economic and civic vitality of our community.
• Independent of all other groups or organizations.
• The voice of the business community.

What the Chamber of Commerce can do for you:

• It’s your information bureau
• It’s your good will ambassador
• It’s your business agent
• It’s your sales manager

The Chamber of Commerce answers thousands of phone calls annually concerning businesses, activities, lifestyles, and social aspects of our community.
